Hey Kyros, Thanks for the comment. It's an interesting journey that i didn't expect to be on right now, but I am glad that you can relate. What do you do when you're in your down times to help pull yourself out of it?
Being in lockdown and not able to go out I’ve had to rely on the virtual world. I’ve made a lot of new friendships via Tiktok. We chat and support each other on various platforms. Video chat on Zoom, text on Instagram or Snapchat. Whatever it takes to support each other. Most of the people that I’ve met / friended are people like me who have battled depression and anxiety for most of their life so we all relate to one another.
