It’s a huge question for thousands of smallholders: can selective timber harvesting affect the production of Brazil nuts in the Amazon? Scientists from the Center for International Forestry Research (CIFOR) found out.

did i hear wrong? your saying even if the trees are cut .The same amount of nuts are produced? How does that add up?

I have some Brasil nut seeds , they are old seeds , can any one suggest a proper way to germinate them the right way ?
