@@greasebob ADCC is one of the most dynamic rulesets in sub grappling. It's tournament style, so you literally can't have ONE rules. You'd have to have a ton of judges counting catches or sub attempts. A ref has too much to watch to do that. The tourney style also allows for the purest form of competitive grappling because no one has a camp to gameplan; you're using skill only.

По правилам САМБО - Куржев победил уже на первых секундах уронив своего соперника подсечкой оставшись стоять на ногах на 8 баллов.Если до этого действия соперник не приобрёл оценку то счёт 8:0 в пользу Куржева - означает чистую победу и схватка при этом останавливается.А что касается партера, то борцы поднимаются в стойку через 3 секунды если не видно результативных действий или даётся 1 минута для завершения начатого болевого приёма.Таким образом цель САМБО - это эффективные броски в стойке либо досрочная победа в партере в короткий срок посредством болевого приёма,что делает этот вид единоборств зрелищьным и эффективным в бою.)

You guys are doing a great job leveraging Kade's popularity to build stronger niches in grappling and now mma. He and Tye have mass appeal, Wheaties box kind of thing. People love twins, especially when both are elite at something. Knowing they took the natural route and that the best fight win is still secondary to surfing the perfect wave makes me like them more. I'm 42 but they have a better life balance than me, so I will learn from a better example wherever I can find it.

This is not an adequate presentation of Sambo. They are not fighting by MMA or Sambo rules. They are fighting by grappling rules. So BJJ has the potential advantage.

@@Beka14914 In just grappling Jiu jitsu is much more superior. In mma Sambo still has the advantage, but not for long! Now with No Gi and SLAP jiu jitsu becoming more popular, it will be game over for Sambo as the superior grappling sports in MMA. Oliveira is a great Jiu Jitsu practioner, but he just lacks power. Makhachev is just MUCH stronger than him, but has an inferior grappling level for sure. With guys from no gi and specially from slap jiu jitsu making the move to MMA in the future, no doubt Jiu Jitsu will reign again.

Great bjj match. I usually prefer combat bjj or mma because it’s more like an actual fight. That being said this was nothing but action and Ruotolo is a great ambassador of his sport. He pushes the pace and neither gentleman scooched on their butts like children. Great match.

The fighting technique is combat sambo. This had BJJ rules. It's like a kickboxer vs a boxer by either kickboxing or boxing ruleset. Sounds cool on paper, but one will have a distinct disadvantage.

But it's cringe af to say that whole "if jiu jitsu was easy" when the jiu jitsu guy has a narrow skill set for this specific competition and the Sambo guy would slaughter him in any other aspect of fighting, including other grappling arts like judo and wrestling. Just say jiu-jitsu guys win at jiu-jitsu, so you don't sound like security guards who think they're cops or target shooters who think they're soldiers

А так расскажи это чемпионам ММА - выходцам из САМБО Хабибу например.)И САМБО и БЖЖ круто ,только цели у них разные.Если в САМБО необходимо уничтожить соперника начиная со стойки ,что в принципе и сделал Куржив уронив своего опонента подсечкой , в то время когда возня в партере это привелегия "боевых жополазов"))
