Hatsoff to the efforts on showing the preparation its much appreciated. As a suggestion, since health is of utmost importance to you Jabbar Bhai, instead of adding Food colouring (which could be harmful to health in long term usage) why can't you use saffron alone or other natural colouring agent to get he colour which gives added health benefits as well as the richness to your dish
