for stuffing you can use samosa filling or aloo parathas filling add more green chillys if you like hot and serve with hari chutney. Take out all the sides from bread cut them in half and sprinkle the water so bread little moist now put the filling between two slices of bread press it from all around and dip in thinner bateer and fry.

Manjula I have done this before and it is good especially for breakfast :-), but you said one thing in your video I have really thought about..I've been cooking food mostly Indian for over 35 years but I honestly thought besan flour was besan flour no matter where it came from..Wheat flour varies an awful lot but I had always assumed a chickpea was a chickpea and now I realise that was a silly notion..So thank you for this..You always learn something new everyday..Subscribed just fantastic

I never heard of it , but I will definitely try it specially its ramadan so I'm sure it will taste good. Two things to ask ; is it ok if I exclude the rice flour out of it? And you make the graham flour without any small dry flour balls mine when ever I try to make paste I'm having hard time with dried small balls in it. Can you also tell me how to make smooth paste with out those dry ball?

Of course, the batter makes a crust righta away and the inside will just cook from the heat of the surrounding oil. What I wonder is, isn't the bread too dry, if you think pakoras are usually made with veggies or panir, that have some moisture?
