Nuisance Car, that's THE MOST beutiful car I've ever seen. Simple, no dragon style, no side vinyls, no mega hella extra wide body. Just simple and nice. Btw bigger wheels in a rear, or use taller tires
I felt the same way about the dished wheel with quick release. I'm short guy so it pushed me too far away from the pedals. So I ended up going with a flat steering wheel. Too bad too cause I really like the dnd wheel I had but the NRG flat wheel I got is nice too.

Just an fyi if you lay pieces of vinyl in the spots where the fog lights go you wont be able to see the seems, same with the grille. Vinyl is fun isn't it lol
Are you going to get a handle for that CSL trunk? Looks kind of unfinished without. Also the m3 style Hood I'm guessing that was purchased as fiberglass? And I've never seen somebody replace the fenders to make it look closer to an m3 but he did a pretty decent job making a I'm guessing a 325 CI into a m3 style drift car. Going to have to get a limited slip differential if you really want to drift well.
Trunk handle is not a big priority for me. Hood is OEM m3. Car drifts perfectly fine with a welded. Not sure where you're getting that information from.
Hey mate really love the car ! Looks great ! I’m a OG Nissan/Toyota drifter and just jumped into an e46 myself, when you mentioned the diff it got me thinking, I’m assuming your is welded.. what did you do about the factory asc/dsc + abs having a melt down? I’d love to get rid of the traction control but wondering Is there a way to keep the abs alive... any help woul be much appreciated
Nice to see more people switching over! I removed one wheel speed sensor to disable everything. Unfortunately doing so will disable ABS. I haven't heard of a way to keep abs yet.
I just saw your other videos yeah I see how you pieced it together not bad. The welded diff though that's kind of harsh. He could have gotten a helical limited slip for 1000 bucks and installed yourself. If you buy the pumpkin is closer to 3000. I would like to know how easily the hood and CSL style trunk fit. Did you have to do any cutting or sanding? And also if you could say where you got the Hood from, I'm guessing it's like a duraflex fiberglass. The trunk looks like it may have been purchased from ECS tuning. If you can confirm man I'd appreciate it.
CSL trunk fit perfect, minus a little trimming for the tail light on the inside of the trunk. No idea who made the trunk as I bought it off craigslist.
Yo bros , since you’ve had it how’s maintenance been? I have an 01 e46 but a lil sketch in keeping it , i bought it to flip it but I’m thinking bout keeping it lmk
At just under 200k miles, and LESS than 4k total miles put on the car, I've replaced the typical cooling system (radiator, upper coolant hose/thermostat housing, and just recently cracked my expansion tank). I've also replaced my idler pulleys and tensioner. For a car with that many miles and get's abused for 80% of it's mileage, I'd say it's doing decent. Main thing to keep in check is the cooling system and oil pump nut.
I got a roll cage because some tracks and organizations require it for tandem. Honestly, I'd only get a roll cage if you're competing/intend to, it's required for tandem or a specific track, or your tracks are high speed.

For a drift build, definitely a proper diff (welded or lsd). Then coilovers, rear LCA and a proper handbrake setup (preferably hydro). I do have a video going into detail about this called 6 Essential Mods to Start Your Drift Build 👍
It’ll physically bolt up, but the fender won’t won’t line up to the bumper. Similarly, the m3 hood also sits slightly higher than the non m so that won’t completely line up
@@nuisance_carl Hey Carl does it all sit more flush once you put the m3 parts with the over fenders or is it still a little off? did you need any different hardware to bolt the OEM M3 front and rear bumpers on or did it bolt on with no issues. Thanks!
@@omarelkhazendar7744 Yup, with all M3 parts it sits flush. I believe the OEM m3 bumpers should fit with no issues. Unfortunately for me, both the front M3 bumpers I've bought were only the cover so I had to "custom" mount it.
