Anytime I fight Marly, I always say out loud what I think he says to Sora when casting doom. Also, it’s no problem. Your videos got me into the larger KH community. In my mind, you’ve done a lot more for me by helping me find friends who share my love for this series.
Speaking of attention to detail, I love how the one-off cutscene fireball Riku throws at Sora in Hollow Bastion has remained a consistent part of his moveset.
Not sure if this is a hot take or not but I always found Marluxia fight before he transforms in the actual final fight to be harder... this man transformed into a giant monstrosity with two phases and that was easier than him just fighting normally.
I thought the title read 'Beat-down Riku Replica ~ Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories Analysis' and I was like "yea you summed up the entire game pretty well." XD
Another insane attention to detail, that going chronologically (First Riku fight - Sora fights - last Riku fight) you can see how his mentality affects him, because not only does Riku Replica only get the Dark Hand effect partway into Sora's story and its still there when Riku fights him later on, but as you compare each fight in sequence, his behavior in battle changes. When he fights Riku the first time, Riku Replica is pretty calm. He's not really pressing Riku like he really can. And at first, Riku Replica is mostly trying to scare Sora off. But once he starts spiraling, he starts just unloading everything he can to pput Sora down, and then has a duel for existence with Riku where he's absolutely rabid, until Riku finally knocks him down.
about the whole sword in different position in dark aura, you didn't mention that riku was also moving, what that is, is the transition between the previous dash pose and the new dash pose, since Riku spawns in the previous dash pose, weapon and body included.
