I’m always amazed how Ben can eat so much food without having to sip on water or something. I start chocking when I eat as fast as he does and start craving water after a few bites
For everyone wondering how he eats all this crap and stays thin: 1) Intermittent fasting - has said that when he eats a lot, he won’t eat for awhile. 2) Has started working out, it appears.
That makes sense, it seems to work for some people (weight loss wise) but idk if it’s the most healthiest strategy for fast weight lost (correct me if I’m wrong 😗). But YES HIS ARMS BE LOOKING SO MUCH BIGGER

If they just threw one more hash brown on the opposite side of the first and placed the sausage in the middle. It'd be the perfect bite each time. Keep it up Ben you been doing mighty fine
Yeah, rice, eggs and beans are fillers to add to weight of food items. I will say my favorite choice would be an egg filler... not that anyone asked lol
Those are huge! One half makes me feel full! Make them ahead and freeze them. Leave them in the fridge overnight and heat them in the oven in the morning while your getting dressed.
