You didn't check the menu before you came and then want to complain about what. Your complaint has no basis, move on with your diet recruitment. He is annoying on top level....
Obviously he was joking around with the waiter. Secondly a person can order and ask for whatever the MENU says they have in the restaurant. The menu stated one thing and the restaurant didn't have it. Thirdly I guess you watched so that gave him a view😊.
