I want to say that this is one of the best and truest things I have ever heard anyone say on youtube. I came to the same conclusion when I started practicing intermittent fasting and semen retention. Before that I had to have a sleep after breakfast. I morning fast just made me on the ball. I got stuff done. I still pass out after lunch most days if its a big lunch. If I have a tiny lunch I can get through. People who eat 3 meals a days eventually look rounded, puffed up, and fat. Humans weren't meant to be fatties, we were meant to be hunters and providers. If I ever get a girlfriend I will tell her that there will be no morning sex. I am happy to go every night but night first thing in the morning. Thank you so much for this.
Can be convienent at times especially if kept healthy . But I agree that getting up early (after intermittent fasting) then workout or cardio does more for you
I’ve skipped food for 7-8 years and usually eat once a day… I work with Holistic and natural Medicine and therapies and actually feel better than ever. One time I fasted for a year and a half and it was great. (Coconut water only)
