Not really a recipe as such, but I am exploring all the dishes that can take or did take part of an English Breakfast. Today kippers. These are Manx kippers which are traditionally made in the Isle of Man off the west coast of England. They are cold oak smoked and have the most fantastic taste you can imagine.
