Yoga, meditation, prayer nourishing food and friends. Prayer has to be supported by right action. We have a special history that was all about exploitation, abuse and destruction. As a people we have been enslaved longer than we have been free. We have work to do. God provides the food; we must make our lunch. I love the message of this Pastor in my beloved city of Chicago where I was born and raised. He teaches! And he is loyal to his people through his word. . Unity not uniformity. We need to come together and do what is right or we are going down with the wrongdoers.
