i wanna know the mileage on the car as well. I got my 350z HR with 85K on it. Upgraded brake system, now working on bolt-ons and making more power. Curious if i should be replacing the oil gallery gasket and valve cover gaskets as you mentioned.
Well valve cover gaskets, you can easily tell if you need them or not by looking at the edges of the valve cover for oil leaks. Oil gallery gaskets go out around 80k miles so I’d do a oil pressure test to see what it is. Or if you just wanna go ahead and do it to give yourself piece of mine I’d change the water pump also. Just did mine on my 08 g35 sedan at 85k miles because I wanted to get it over with, they had already exploded and my water pump had just started leaking.
I know this video is kinda old but I just got a hr with 46k miles what would you recommend me do spark plugs coils and gally gasket or? I gave her a new belt and a oil change so far and topped all the fluids
Yes, they can be accessed from underneath the car, there is a plug on the bottom of the diff for differential fluid, as well as a plug at the bottom of the transmission for transmission fluid.
