Hello, This tutorial really helped me to understand about CSDM. I just have one request. Could you please provide me the same example of MS exchange for "Run" & "Fly" phases. I can see in the video we just have "Crawl" & "Walk". It would be helpful if you provide the example for the other two phases as well.

This is really useful, but the additional resources could have done with being added to the Description / Comments. Also, as this is 2.0, would there be one for subsequent revisions of CSDM?

Hello, great tutorial. I would appreciate very much to get an example (one simple, one complex) how to implement in service now. For instance, I can add CI's into technical_service, technical_service_offering, application_service, business_service, business_service_offering. Where should I do it ? What is the best practise?
