The Québec one looks like its mixed with the Métis flag. The Métis are mixed people (French and Indigenous) who live across eastern Canada. That's fucking weird bud lol

10:42 I don't know much about that flag but I can say that the infinity symbol is a symbol of the Métis people. The Métis are an Indigenous group in Canada that are descended from First Nations and European (typically French) traders in colonial times
The flag is a mix of the Métis symbol and the ‘drapeau de Carillon’, which was basically the first version of the Québec flag. I’ve never seen those two combined before though.
And the inward-pointing fleur-de-lis are from the original design for a Quebecois flag. The extra gold fringing doesn't mean anything to me. I think most Canadians would be able to look at that flag and be able to figure out what it's supposed to be.

TBH i think its good paradox waited so long to rework germany as now they can integrate this update with all the new mechanics like balance of power, spy agencies, etc. so we wont end up with limbo nations like idk romania which was released not that long ago to get a rework, but so long ago its tree shows age
with some nations u gotta be careful to release as many puppets as possible, for example with ethiopia the small nations often overlay ontop one another and if you release one thats multiple states big you wont be able to release something different giving you less puppets. :)
Ya know, if you want to min max this, Napoleonic France probably has the most puppets since you break up Germany and can soft decolonise and release all your colonies as puppets.
