I dont understand why the people going to that church didnt question everything going on there. Going to church should never be about your income and what you can give to the church. Gods love & loving God is not about money.

1 at the VERY least, JP is going to jail for tax evasion. 2. Her marriage began in sin, was continued hell, but she died knowing truth.

A decent person would have allowed the family to take her remains. He had no legal right to keep and control her remains.

Why would he think "Church was for fake people" when he was raised in the Church? Because he learned from watching his Dad?

You can run but you cannot hide from God. Whatever we keep secret in the dark will be expose to the light says the Lord. We can escape from justice on earth but not with God Almighty.

Clearly, if Mica did not “unalive” herself, and this was a premeditated plan to make it look like she did the “deed” to herself, the killer/killers would set up an AI call before or right after they committed the crime. “They” wanted her body to be found quickly, with the bullet in her head, to “absolve” the stalking, threatening, demented husband from being charged with the crime. I believe there was more than one person involved and there is an attorney/friend of JP that specializes in AI. And, he just happens to own land that borders the park; that’s a coincidence ! “They” did a lousy job of thinking it through, because Mica’s behavior patterns that morning ie. dressing for work, packing a lunch, getting a drink and gas at the convenience store totally contradict the behavior of someone getting ready to commit suicide within the hour. Would love to know how she ended up at that park. And, the scene contradicts a suicide: the shell casings, live round, location of belongings, location of body, defensive scratches on body. If you want family to find your body, you DO NOT jump into the water !! Mica did not leave a suicide note behind for the family she loved so much, or call them to say she was so sorry and she loved them ? She seemed to be the type of person who would not “ leave” without a goodbye. I cannot believe the 911 call was Mica. Someone needs to have an answer for all these discrepancies. This reminds me so much of the Idaho law investigation; destroying crucial evidence before all the questions can be satisfactorily answered. Coverups. Mica and her family deserve truth and justice. JP’s behavior was escalating daily, to the point of overtly harassing, following her, and trying to physically harm her in her car. He wanted to destroy Mica and her integrity in every way possible; she was of no further use to him and she had become a threat to him and his church dealings. I imagine that he is pleased with himself ; deviant soul that he is. Time to shine the light on the darkness !

Exactly! I never understood what the authorities have done. Not just now, but for awhile. But what they have done lately it’s so so wrong in all the levels. She’s trying to get away from him, has a restraining order against him and at the end he gets to keep her body. Unacceptable!

"They" hate/go after large financial crimes quicker than "unsolved" murders. In my 15,000 hrs of true crime, thats what I've see.

I am horrified by the lack of awareness and respect by multiple state and local agencies for Mica and her family! She had a PFA against her husband and upon her death, they call him because he is the next of kin? They released her body to the poor excuse of a man that repeatedly abused her ! !??? And then, that poor excuse of a man was allowed to orchestrate her funeral?! What in the absolute f*** is going on here???? This is 2024 and we are light years away from ending the epidemic of DV! Mica was disserviced by LE over and over and over again!!! I hate to think if she did unalive herself it was because LE failed to protect her!! Clearly, they did nothing to protect her when she was living and they continued to disservice her upon her death! I am willing to bet there are plenty of other women who lost their lives like Mica, but we don't hear enough of their stories. Maybe if we did, there would be change! I hope Mica's family gets these answers soon! This is unacceptable! There is supposedly a nationwide system which identifies people who have restraining orders against them. From my own experience in 2 different states, LE never bothered to use that resource and asked me for a copy of the protection order so they could contact the issuing agency to verify its validity. This was after I had been held against my will by the person I had an order of protection against for 8 months!!!! That was 7 years ago. Nothing's changed and cases like this perpetuate a use against women because LE fails to take action against abusers, "they are afraid" and that's an exact quote from my local sheriff. Imagine how a woman feels hearing that!?

I hope they release her phone records. I hope we can see if anyone called or texted her and that's what made her go to the park. I feel like there are more answers in those records.

I’m glad the FBI is looking into this. Hopefully they will uncover all the crap that these people have done behind closed doors . Those church members knew JP was horrible to Mica and spoke poorly and openly about her with nobody defending her. Shame on all of them.

Hey JLR, I'm in Australia and been here 8 years. I am originally from South Africa. Since the move and probably because it's pretty common that you do end up spending more time alone than you normally would when immigrating and I got hooked on so many of the crime channels, yours being one that stood out from the start, boots on the ground, you really do a great job covering so much and often stuff nobody ever gets to know. One of the very first cases to make a huge impact and nothing needs to be said cos I think the whole world knows and will do so forever, and that's the The Gabby Pettito Case. I know you've mentioned to us where you went wrong in life but you got yourself right and have worked hard, it's obvious to see when you see someone as often as we get to see you, you get to know that person and you should be very proud of what you do. Sometimes just how you react when discussing DV & Abuse Against Women, I see how strongly you feel. I think it was also when we viewed the Piff Daddy clip.......I hope nobody close to you has been exposed to any kind of abuse, no matter what. So, right now, Mica Miller is on my mind constantly, I just have so many questions so your coverage with this case again has been nothing but remarkable, thank you so much, it's not easy travelling up and down as you do. You are also very brave and we need more like you... You're not scared to ask, or say it just as it is....I wish I could discuss the Mica Miller case with you, I haven't slept in days, she did not kill herself. I've never seen a more horrible, disgraceful and despicable someone who actually believes he's a pastor.....What a beautiful girl who was destroyed by the same person she so loved a long time ago.

The man in the background of 911 call says "Mica Folder" not "My Folder". Like he was giving the computer instruction on what to access before answering 911 operator's question. Folders contain voice samples of Mica? Lawyer's voice in background? The 911 has been enhanced and volume raised so you can hear what the man says. IMO this is not another 911 operator in background. It is the man making the fake call. Go hear it for yourself.. (The Mystery Project posted about 22 hours ago, time stamp 1:32:32 and 1:32:33.)

I asked this question the day i found out he had access to her body. He also said that he was getting a necklace of hers chain fixed.... why was it broken? Was it ripped off her?

I read an article that said he was at an athletic event in South Carolina. The article says his vehicle was spotted on Hwy. 17 Bypass in Charleston in Horry County at 2:22. therefore he couldn't have made it in time to be at the place where Mica died. It also says Police confirmed J.P. and the woman he is romantically involved with, were not in North Carolina at the time of Mica's death. The police say they don't know if John was driving! In my opinion that is not an alibi. Police do not know if he was in that vehicle!!! That is not an alibi unless someone has seen him on camera in South Carolina. They are "assuming" J.P. and his lady friend were in the vehicle that was spotted. I said this in a comment last night. When someone assumes something you know what that means. I also said, that just because they saw his vehicle in South Carolina that does not mean he was there. I believe his new girlfriend had his car in South Carolina. I believe J.P. was in North Carolina waiting on Mica, at the Lumber Park. He coerced her to meet with him there. I believe he was the one in the black truck at the gas station. And I also believe that was a fake AI-generated 911 call. I wish investigators would search for videos of what J.P. did that day. They need to check "his" every move on that day!! Sorry, this is so long. Thank you for your hard work.

What a classic and telling quote by the younger JPM, "church was for fake people who acted one way in public and another way in private." Narcissists are so classic. They do this all the time. They know what to say. They sorta know right from wrong. They are so decieved they think God does not see what they do or hear what they say. Like they can pull the wool over God who sits in the heavens and watches everyone on the earth, and he sits on his throne laughing at the wicked. Because He knows their days are coming.

We know from her best friend Charlotte that Mica needed money bc JP controlled all the money. The fisherman said there was $500 in her purse though we know she made her final purchases with a card. Maybe she was lured away from going to work with the cash and then they murdered her and tried to make it sound like a suicide.

WBTW News (Myrtle Beach) has a video of 2 police officers from Horry County titled: Horry County Officer Signs Off For Final Time. The two officers are Kip Miller and Heather Miller😮. Is Heather Miller JP's first cousin? Is Kip Miller the brother of Wayne Miller? Is this JP's "stay out of jail card" connections?

Feel as though this woman Tricia Ross has "a thing" for the pastor, she didn't like Mica, he was using her in his financial deeds with the church. Perhaps with Mica gone Tricia thought she'd have a chance with JP by helping him? Not that I believe it would ever happen, but who knows?
