No one waters their lawn during the hottest part of the day. This was intentional. I walked past (the church) today, I mean Solid Rock, I will never call it a church, and the water shut off is about 2 steps from the sidewalk. The hoses and sprinklers were gone, probably because the lawn was recently mowed. It will be interesting to see if they try that again.

They found drops of blood at the home. And some of her clothes is the trash. Neighbors heard her scream and looked into the backyard. Saw him on top of her motionless.
