They won't buff either. Deku and All might are both well balanced for high rank pc lobbies. Unfortunately, that means everyone needs to either master the characters or simply move on. Yellow deku requires his full kit to do anything in exchange for being able to do... well... anything. As for all might, proper cooldown management makes him a hard counter for half the roster. Tornado away into special action into a beta and every brawler/ shooter is left in the dust. Can't lock him down with his hyperarmor and can't leave him alone with his movement and insta res.

no. all might has been the most balanced character for SO long y'all just don't see it somehow 😭, if you buff him, he can easily be broken asf, similar to blue bakugo. tbh, the yellow deku crouch shot nerf was just not needed at all tho.
