Kind of funny that toga would be rapid.. She is by FAR the closest to an actual technical. Being able to transform into different people, swapping your quirks left and right is by far the most "technical" thing in the game. I mean sure dabi has to play around his traps... All for one can swap between quirks once in a blue moon because of the dumb nerf they gave him... Aizawa relies on his combos and crap. Shoto can- uh Why is todoroki a technical..?

3:35 cinna bunni (froppy)always give you lvl ups but this time it's different she got 10 or more lvl up while her lvls are 9 and it's still beginning

As a fellow gamer, who loves anime, I can say this game GOAT, in my option. But the one thing that is horrid is the gacha system. I spent 700+ tickets on Assault Shigaraki, and didn't even get him. Please update it or something

I miss the gacha system where you could actually choose what you wanted on the banner, rather than the banner choosing for you

Devs, you can make the roll system to much better, dont give us stuff we already have, we dont want the same skin for the hundredth time, you can take that out. People might say "but hey what about the hero souls and the auras you can get by getting the same skin multiple times" thats easily solvable too, lets be honest we dont use gold at all theres literally no good use of gold so what they could do is being able to buy aura and hero souls with Gold so it can finally be useful

If i remember correctly, they did buff her beta she had only 1 stock at luanch. That being said, though, I feel like technical does fit her better while ochako fits better as a rapid, especially with her special action like good ochako's just never get on the ground which is cool too see but annoying as hell to fight against

I'm still convinced that the people who STILL hate Toga don't even think about the game while they're playing it. They just shoot at the target in front of them, miss, never try to roll and get hit by telegraphed attacks that are easy to dodge and never take their opponents actions into consideration.💯🤷🏾‍♂️ Like, are there STILL people who genuinely think she's broken when we still have Twice Gamma, Dabi Hug, Kaminari Stun Gun Hitbox and other ACTUALLY broken characters to worry about???

Imo, I only want them to nerf Rapids a little bit by making their mobility cover less ground, or giving them more limited access to their currently existing mobility. Characters like Mirio are just especially bad because his natural gimmick makes his insane mobility even crazier than it had any right being. Even assuming he had no invulnerability while using his Alphas, the attack would still be really strong given the sheer speed, damage, and movement capabilites. Tbh I don't think Mirio should have been made a rapid at all, and I really think he should have been a technical character with an alpha that just worked differently given the unique nature of his quirk. The only real way to fix him without rekitting him imo is to lessen the sheer range and distance covered by his Alpha and Beta. Overall though, I think the bigger issue with Rapids is that other classes don't have their own unique capabilities tuned to an effective extent to make up for, and to combat, the Rapids. I also think classes in general are really vaguely defined with the only ones that are distinctly consistent being Rapid and Support imo, and even then there's a lot of crossover. I don't think its just a matter of number adjustments, I think its a matter of overall kit design needing to be more focused on each character's respective classes, because why categorize them at all if every other character is going to have gameplay focuses on traits from other classes (like Kirishima just playing like a Strike by all accounts, or Froppy feeling more like a Support). Assaults should just have more distinct defensive/protective capabilities, Strikes need to be doing more damage/having more damage area coverage, Supports need to be better at supporting, and Technicals need to have even more deep kits that allow for different types of strategies. Maybe thats a hot take, but i feel like Rapids being so notorious is an excellent point to my argument, they need to be reels in a little, while everyone else gets their class traits a little more defined. Im not saying to half or double anything, just slight adjustments that make the classes more balanced (and also make more sense. Like only Assult characters that I feel really defend anyone are Kendo, Mt Lady, and All Might) (P.S if im being real, this idea is pretty underdevelped, but I kinda wanted to bring up my inital thoughts anyway to at least start a discussion. I feel classes have an issue defining themselves, and Rapids getting away with being too "rapid.")

I just think, okay not even think it’s a fact, her gamma is broken and has a lot of broken interactions. Prime example being sapping overhaul constantly to reheal yourself. Not to mention cancelling transformation resets all her cooldowns. The gamma is also too easy to hit and even if you do dodge it, there’s still a chance she gets the steal anyways. No matter the class of character, that is broken. I have lost entire games and 1v3s due to toga abusing the transformations. Toga is one of my favorite characters in series but she is so broken I never want to play her.

So she still has rapid movement but on top of that she increased regen on her abilities which kinda makes her an ultra rapid . But does it even matter when she literally can instantly get her abilities back with no cooldown.Yikes
