"Pure essence"..I wonder if the oils are diluted in a carrier oil type for example jasminum grandiflorum 5% or are pure essential oils. If they are there should be an hazard message they can cause irritations and they are very potent when not diluted

I love the idea, but definitely not the price of the set. It's crazy! My favorite perfume house is Guerlain, if they published a book, I'd be tempted to splurge for sure.
To be fair, LV’s travel guides are quite good and reasonably priced. But for a perfume book and the whole set, those prices are ridiculous given LV’s lacklustre history in perfume. I will go somewhere else for in depth knowledge. As one commenter mentioned above, you can get an entire perfume organ + an all-access online course from the Experimental Perfume Club for WAY less. And Les Indemodables for high quality raw ingredients. NO, LV, just no. (And their ad keeps interrupting the perfume themed videos I watch). P.S. I thought the book price was bad, but when you said the price for the natural ingredients I swore loudly. What an absolute joke. You can get naturals from the likes of 4160 Tuesdays or Experimental Perfume Club for next to nothing in comparison and yes, Les Indemodables set is probably of much better quality and again so much cheaper.
If this was Chanel? In a heartbeat! I've wanted something like this since I began my journey to learn about perfumes. But...I don't like LV. Nothing personal; I'm just not a fan of brown things unless it's something decorator...not my body. I'm too cool toned for brown. Now Black/White with one burst of color! Yes! One of the reasons I've been a Chanel fan for so long! Question, Is there anything else like this, out in the world?
They should've made that box in the monogram. Such a cute package. I'm sure you would buy one (even at this price) if it's a Chanel - I stand corrected lol. I'm interested in this book as I do like a number of their perfumes but will wait for your link or try to catch it on sale/used.
