It’s been worse than I expected here in Pinetown- 20 min east of Washington NC. I’m surprised and I’m a born and raised Florida girl! However they aren’t closing work- have an hour drive to Greenville in the morning. If I can get across the Pamlico which is just a half mile or so away

We're having torrential downpours and storm-force winds in Myrtle Beach right now. It's been like this for a few hours now.

We often get 60-70 mph winds on a spring or fall afternoon here in Oklahoma. No large bodies of water to worry about, tho.

Been raining here for hours. Nothing heavy, just constant. Wind gusts knocking dead branches off trees. No flooding. It'll liven up some next 3-4 hours. As usual, we are on the fringe of the worst part of it.

I'm in NJ & I got this feeling that Ophelia s going to be more than what they are saying. This thing is developing a Huge Eye at about 1:55am EST. Look at the Moisture to the East being Sucked in.

Man , your telling me these people are ridiculous this guy is talking like storm surge 6 feet , my ass this storm isn’t shit , they always talk all these big hurricane winds funny on gauges you never see those which is great but you never see sustained winds of 130 mph that they say we are in for on some of these storms , ridiculousness
