Air Serbia is fast but expensive. Turkey, Dubai is longer but cheaper.

This is my experience.

There are no any restrictions on tourist visas. They are talking about a temporary residence permit, which is a different visa.

Some were saying that Australian Government bans or prevents them from moving to Russia. So, if u are planning a travel or a move u should do it via other countries and don't claim directly that u are moving to Russia, maybe. U can contact Russian Embassy for more details. Maybe u should start with learning the language, check if there is a Russian House (educational, events and cultural center) around you or school.. Get to Russia u can via Dubai, Turkey, Baku (Azerbaijan).
