Wow, the military budget goes up every year. I think it’s now almost $1 trillion so where is the money going to corrupt weapons manufacturers to the top echelon of the forces to the nearest but not enough going to the actual soldiers opening I don’t believe Congress can delegate the pay. I believe that trickles down to the higher ranks of the services so there in lies the huge problem.
