I support the underlying goal, but this is one of those things where society will have to change rather than the technology. AI isn't going anywhere, and will in fact become more and more prevalent. Such use will increase to the point of being trivial, and as common as making a Statement of the same nature. So where a boy ever claims to have Seen a girl naked, will now be a image of the same. There is already the capacity for video of the same. The reality is, we are no longer a society where it should even matter to those involved. Today, we allow our children to be sexualized with claims of Trans Genderism at the age of 2, and subjected to education on such topics as soon as they enter school - where they are encouraged not to speak of it to their parents! So the notion that the standards for decency we had in the past still apply is simply unreasonable. Because we have turned a blind eye, and then stood back and allowed schools to expose them so young to things they should be discovering only in their teen years and with Parental advice/council... They are exploring their sex and gender before they learn to read. Unless we intend to change that, this is a waste of time.

Here is the issue with them trying to adopt this legislation. Until section 230 is removed and tech company's have their liability protection clawses removed, the tech company's can and will continue to snub their noses at this issue. No meaningful legislation produced can be affective until section 230 in the NDAA is removed.............

What cowards. Their insurance policies should be modified to allow them to take action in spite of a lack of laws. Simple decency should have guided their actions not their insurance policy.
