The solution in terms of incarceration is best dealt with in Italy where there are prisons for genuine trans individuals who don't fit neatly into the binary categories. Obviously putting a repeat male sex offender in women's prison regardless of hormone levels is totally absurd. We can't simultaneously be all up in people's arses about 'me too' and 'safe spaces' and 'micro-aggressions' then put a rapist in a room full of women. Do we even need to explain this? And all she has is recommendations from other bureaucrats... no logic whatsoever. The logic is coming from the police and prison who've seen it all before.
