I never shell out for the big name brand shoes. These days even the popular econo brands have gone up. So I’ll make my next soft shoe an Adidas just to give a raspberry to Nike.
GO WITH ADIDAS CC. I wish I could post pix of my Adidas running shoes. I also have a pair that are the rarest that would be unique as they only made a few pair.
Nike has ventured into contentious territory by publicly aligning itself with specific political ideologies. A closer examination of its historical actions reveals a pattern of involvement in controversies, often resulting in the cancellation of athletes-actions that appear designed to placate public outrage or to protect its corporate reputation. Initially, Nike’s decisions to distance itself from athletes such as Tiger Woods, following his marital indiscretions, and Manny Pacquiao, who faced backlash for expressing his religious views on LGBTQ+ issues, seemed justifiable. However, the company’s recent behavior has exposed a troubling inconsistency in its standards. Notably, when certain athletes from the LGBTQ+ community directed derogatory remarks toward Caitlin Clark, Nike refrained from taking any punitive action against them. Instead, it appears to have implicitly supported the individuals involved while sidelining Clark, thus prioritizing the sensitivities of “woke” culture over equitable treatment for all athletes. This pattern suggests that Nike’s leadership has adopted a perspective heavily influenced by progressive ideologies, ultimately undermining its foundational values of wholesomeness, equality, and impartiality. The company now faces significant reputational repercussions, which could be interpreted as a consequence of its own political entanglements. It raises questions about the integrity of Nike's commitment to true equality in a society increasingly polarized by ideological divides. Many would like to emphasize that “sports is just sports,” and should remain free from political influences. Our commitment lies in fostering respect and equality within the realm of athletics. If your organization continues to prioritize the interests of specific ideological groups, particularly those associated with progressive LGBTQ+ agendas, it risks alienating a significant portion of the sports community. Sports ought to be an apolitical arena where all individuals can participate based on merit, irrespective of their political affiliations. This includes recognizing and categorizing athletes appropriately within the established divisions of biological males and females, as well as accommodating those with mental impairments or hormonal variations. Maintaining these distinctions is essential to ensure fairness and integrity in competition. It is imperative that Nike reaffirms its dedication to the core values of sportsmanship and equality without allowing external political pressures to dictate its policies.

Caitlin Clarkes Deal should be 28 Million over a 3 year deal not the 8 that was originally created. Caitlin should also get royalties on all merch bought from the very start. I would go to Adidas for the 30 million that is rumoured to be offered. At that she should be given royalties on all merch bought and not just on the 30 million offered. Nike just grounded CC and didn't want to plug her until A'ya got her slow release shoe. Caitlin Clarke should go to Adidas and get what she deserves but over a 3 year period, she deserves it and very much worth it. Adidas will get that back and then some within the first 12 months on release of merch for Caitlin Clark, for a deal of $30 million over 3 years and Royalties on all Merch will still give Adidas huge sales and stocks will rises.
Everyone just showed of superficial they are from the players to the refs and coaches and every putrid racist and the bigotry. I will not waste any money on such wokeness
if i would venture in a business i will go for caitlin clark to be the ambasadress of my brand she is the only marketable in wnba she is more far famous than aja wilson thats a fact
Long winded repeat of several other clickbait videos. Only thing that amazes me is just how many of these channels based on lies seem to exist. One would think that RU-vid would monitor closer. They certainly watch the comments close. Caveat emptor I guess. ;>))
Nike could put a shoe out before 2026 they can do it next year and work on it now they wanted to I wouldn't they don't do it by next year for the new season go to Adidas I bet Adidas can get one out for the new season. I hope she goes to Adidas if they're not going to do it. You should have a shoe out by the next season they can crank it up so easy
Another shitty video: where’s the Nike CEO apology? Just another recycled videos of CC playing and added their idiotic narratives, breaking records, signing with European League, nosedive wnba rating, empty seats, etc. etc. but not a single video of it as proof shown here. A waste of my time.
Millions had never heard of A'ja Wilson or the WNBA until Caitlan Clark was drafted No. 1 by the Indinia Fever. Wilson has much better talyented team mate and she is 6'5 and black in a leauge dominated by black players. Many who are LGBTQ while Clark is white Christian and straight.
