All of these sources are inconsistent. There -are many rumors and leaks about this supposed system's power and capabilities. Now we are hearing that it's not finished. However, a month ago we heard that it's been done for a while. What is happening? What is the answer? We don't know. Only Nintendo and a few third parties will. However, the public will not do so because the information is confidential. It will be public when Nintendo is ready for it. Also, they will not announce a new console in the summer. That will only hurt the Switch sales, and we don't know what games are coming out in the second half until June or July.

Unless Nash Weedle has a high level of credibility (on the level of a Jason Schreier), I think this still doesn't count as a "leak" (if we're referring to a leak being more reliable than a rumor).
