Woods said he saw a name tag with the name GARY REYNOLDS, the other name tags included Kendall's and he was just a visitor, Gary wasn't a scientist...he was GR who only visited sometimes and he killed Wes.

I'm in quarantine and have been binge watching this entire thing and I'm finally caught up. This series is amazing.

What if the “trap” was designed to disperse the antidote by Wes. Maybe syphus found it and converted it into a contraption that disperses the serum instead.

Theory: The key goes to the Storage that Wesley had. The person pretending to be Wes tried getting the Storage open but he had no key. This key lead to the Storage locker. I think the storage number will be 863 or 015

Theory: Wes reads the article, realizes how bad it makes the company look, so he goes talks to the journalist and ask if he helps take down the company his name can be kept out of the picture. So Wes takes the photos for the Journalist, goes to meet him, but runs into Nelson when he enters the mountaineer. Nelson confronts Wes, Wes lies about taking photos, Nelson shoots Wes.

Theory: I don't know if this has already been said or spoken about but could the numbers like 015 correlate to a person like Wes maybe the experiment number? that may be why it was on the grave without a name, that could be how they are identified.

Theory: what if they had been black mailing Wes to work there and that’s why he let Syphus do everything and not interfere. And why the dispenser was in his car (they made him make it), and why carries a vile that might have been an antidote because they Syphus threatened to inject him.

Wait wait wait…. What if Wes DIDN’T die to the gunshot, but instead either Deb found him or he used the serum he had on him to keep himself alive. He (maybe and Deb) faked his death and he was corrupted by the serum overtime and boom: phantom.

Theory: Remember when the undercover agent told Matt that they found a blue serum named counter agent in Wesley's car? Maybe that was the antidote that he carried around and when he was killed, he was keeping it in his car at the time.

That key goes to the type of padlocks used at storage units. One of the documents mentioned something about a storage unit in Wes' name, maybe this key goes to the lock on the storage unit mentioned in that one document found at the phantom's trailer?

I feel for Bailey. She seems to be cut off a lot when she tries to say anything.

GR is most likely an employee or at least works around the company there was a name tag with Gary Reynolds. Gary Reynolds could have been the one to murder Wesley since GR (Gary Reynolds) got in a fight with Wes. The name tag said he was a bio technician I think.

Could Wes have been the phantom and the person who died is Kendall but to cover up Kendall's death he faked his death and buried Kendall? Edit: This is a big stretch though

Theory: the thing that was used to poison Matt that said "prototype" on the picture might have something to do with the phantoms mask. It looks like they have the same tubes that would transport the serum for it to disperse. So what i'm saying is maybe inside the phantoms mask is a serum that disperses on a timer to keep them alive.

The kind of black effect and white rotating lines we saw in the treehouse at the overnight video was the same effect as was shown in the small prototype at location 3. There is a high probability that the large prototype (if there is one) would be hidden/kept at the treehouse.

The “butt shot” picture might be the scientists making/filling the “large prototype “ with serum. Random thought that came to might, but if that is the large prototype, it is about the size of a normal person

This sounds Wes felt guilty for being called out and wanted to spread the truth of the company. But when he got in the Mountaineer someone who works with him and saw him as a rat a took him out.

the key could be for one of those big chest things in location 3. it could connect to the trap serum disperser being there and jordans lab coat being there as well but idk how.

What about that building near the grave? The Geiger counter was going off at that building. But nobody went in. What if there is a case with a pad lock on it in there? Also I recommend taking the Geiger counter back to the grave to make sure that vial on Wes' body has actually been taken

Theory: It feels like Wes faked his own death and buried his belongings and took Jordan's identity to disappear

I have been severely depressed and got way behind on this. I have a horrific migraine that won't let me sleep so I'm binging what I missed and wow this just keeps getting better and better! Well, better and better from a viewers perspective, but from the point of those living this, it's more like worse and worse. I can't imagine living this twisted nightmare...

I think Syphus was the one who killed Wes because he might have figured out that Wes and Deb were becoming a thing or whatever and so waited in Wes' car and talked to Wes about it and Wes denied it so Syphus shot Wes and then activated that small prototype and what has happened to Matt is what happened to Wes and now Wes needs to use the "life's blood" to survive. This is just a theory I thought of while watching this video. Btw keep up the good work Matt, Sam, and Woods.

I recall back in the overnight video you pointing out a shed having a lock or something along those lines. With it being so close, it might be best to try that. If not, I'd recommend bringing it to and future Syntec locations (but its not like you're going to want to) or waiting a while like the key that opened the emulator case (I think. Idk im horrible at remembering stuff)

I think Wes Kendall and Deb were trying to reveal syphus misdeeds by getting evidence and to cover up that they were helping deb and Wes had Kendall bad talk them to and syphus figured it out and killed Wes in the mountaineer.

Theory: Wes was NOT the one murdered in the car, it was Kendal. Wes found out about the article and was pissed so he Lillard Kendall to the car and shot them. you later on wes became the phantom and still visits the shallow grave he made for Kendall as a remembrance of his guilt.

Running theory: 1) The key belongs to the storage unit that you saw was rented out in Wes's name, refer to the RV episode. 2) The murderer is Benjamin Cobalt. Code; B27. B is his first initial and 27 is the atomic number for Cobalt. Coincidence? Unlikely.

Maybe the key goes to the storage unit because remember in the one video where you guys raided the phantoms RV and he had and paper that said that Wes had a storage unit and something like that maybe he had it on him and then the person who killed him didn’t know where it goes so he just put it in the box

Theory: at the end of Wes's and GR's conversation, Wes said he was going to talk to nelson about what problem was going on since GR was clearly ticked off. so i'm guessing that he went to meet up with nelson to discuss what the problem was, then he was shot due to the conflict. i also think Wes was lowkey working with Kendall. so maybe nelson found out, confronted him, and then shot him

So my theory is that Kendell was wanting more info about Syntec as well as photos for the magazine and Wes was getting frustrated with how things were going in the company, so Wes arranged to take photos of the inside and deliver them to Kendell the night of the security footage (08/06/03). But when he got out to the mountaineer to meet up with him, someone was in his car, waiting for him and and to kill him.

Theory : what if the flash inside the car from the video was not from a gun but actually the camera's flash (kendalls camera) and she was waiting in his car for clicking his pictures ( previously discussed with wes and was waiting in the car before wes even got out) for the news or magazine and later syphus found out that kendall wrote the article about syntec and then he killed kendall, and the grave is of kendall and wes goes to visit the grave cuz kendall died because of him.

Theory: Wes didnt die, he simply killed Jordan Kendall. Hear me out, Wes killed Kendall so Kendall couldn't expose Syntec Further than it already was exposed. And the reason the grave says "015" is because it's the occurrence of death.

I have 2 theories on both the murder and the machine. If you have time, please take your time and read it.... It is kinda long though. 😅 Theory 01: • I think that Gary Reynolds killed Wes in the car (Since, he tried to pursue Nelson to cut off of the government contracts.) • And, I feel like... Gary Reynolds is the one assigned by the government to check the project ongoings and report it to them. (Since, they didn't want delaying/slacking people as this project is important (or) they didn't want to make any mistakes.) • And when GR reported this is Nelson saying that Wes is going to be an obstacle for your "success", he did join hands with him to cut him off completely... (or) this may sound even crazier... But, Wes may still be alive. Theory 02: • About the machine which poisoned Matt, maybe that might just be placed in other mountaineer (Since, this company used a multiple mountaineer cars.) And when Wes saw this machine... He wanted to ask Nelson what this was and why do we have it... • Since, why would they use it? Rather than infecting a lot of people with this deadly virus. Or... They wanted to do that and see who survives with the virus. So, they could run tests on THAT person and the rest who couldn't handle the serum... Dies? I have no idea of what the key might be for, but only time may tell us. 😅 • I think that it would kinda make a lot of sense, but... Hey, I might just be too deep into this already. And again, "Stay curious and Remember to Breathe"

We know whoever the phantom is was dosed with serum at one point and was assumed to be Wes earlier on. If the contraption that dosed Matt existed in Wes' car maybe it was used against the phantom at some point and that's why it was in Wes' car in the photo.

I think the key is an activation key for a larger serum dispersal machine, that would explain why the picture says small prototype, so maybe Wes stole the key so they can't activate the machine, because he knew what it would do, which would also explain why he was killed, and why he had antidote in the mountaineer. Please make sure they see this!

Remember the mind control tower, the small prototype is the smaller version of that, and the serum is a mind control serum

Theory: What if Kendall was the one that recorded Wes and Debs conversation? Debs founds out that Jordan recorded her and fired her. She then tells Nelson the things they were saying.Nelson confronts Wes about it. Wes denies it all then Nelson just shoots Wes.

But, what happens if I forget to breathe? Is this foreshadowing what happens in an episode?

I'm think that key might go to the padlock for the storage unit you found papers for. When you tracked the phantom. But the problem with that is the stuff may no longer be there.

Wait what if according to the theory that Wes created the serum bomb, what if instead of not only dispersing the serum, it also cleansed or somehow neutralized to not take effect. Like a counteragent. But nobody he built it like that so therefore they used it to trap Deb. Maybe he knew it would be used for nefarious purposes. Then we can understand why Matt didn't feel the effects till now. Just a theory though ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
