Join me while we crack open some geodes! The voids in these rocks are all different have some amazing crystals inside! I received these geodes from a two amazing guys and please see below for their channel and page information!

Too funny! Awesome episode. Love the geodes. Thanks for making me laugh 😆 had an accident last week, been suffering funky pains on my pelvic area, can’t stand over 10 minutes...all I can think of is I may not be able to rockhound anymore...no more climbing cliffs in Jade cove Big Sur, my favorite spot in the world... but thanks to you, Rookie Rockhounding, and he rest of the community, keeping my passion alive 💕 thank you 🙏🏼

I think geodes are one of wonders of nature. So plain and unassuming on the outside, cut it open and it's "POW! How do you like me now?" One question, what causes the insides to be such different colors from one another? Is it where they are found and what minerals are around them? Will you be slabbing any of these? Those friends who sent all these are keepers, for sure. Thanks for sharing these beauties.

here in indiana there are a lot of those geodes .i have cut a few of them some have large points and some small never the same but cool to open.to me most of the ones that are whiter on the out side have the bigger openings in side.love all your show that for making them.

Wow! Those are some spectacular geodes my friend!! I’m sorry that you got 2 solid guys.. haha 😅 they do take a great polish though! Definitely see some calcite and barite in there as secondaries. You’ll have to look a bit closer at some, ive recently discovered, and proven, that there’s hyalite (water opal) in some of these geodes! Shoot me an email with some photos and I can do some identifying for ya bro! 💪🏻 thanks again for the shoutout! Cannon’s collectibles appreciates it 👍🏻so happy you enjoyed what was sent!

Hi again TAYLOR Lots of fall fun in this one! Beautiful leaves and i go right to the fragrances of fall too! The geodes are like Christmas presents cause we don't know what's in them til they're opened! That last big one was soo cool! Would be the best desk piece polished and leveled to sit! Must say to hear the deep joy and appreciation in your words and excitement in your voice about rocks is just plain wonderful because I can tell how genuine and real you are just like the rocks you so enjoy! Beautiful geodes Tyler and Alex sent you. I'm the least lucky guy when it comes to finding them they're always solid all the way through. I even purchased 4 Sonoran amethyst geodes uncut from a place and wouldn't you know it? No caverns in them either lol. Maybe some day

Wow! That was so much fun to watch! Would the honey colored crystals be considered citrine? I understand citrine to be heat treated amethyst/quartz but get a little confused on the difference between that and mineral seepage (ie copper, iron) causing the color. Either way, they are all just beautiful!

Please wear safety gear when cutting everyone last time I was cutting I took my glasses off for one cut and a chip went right into the corner of my eye luckily I'm okay but take precautions and be safe!
