have a grid of the bugged minecart rails, making it so there's only a small area where you can walk and stuff is visible then it disappears again

Have like 10 target dummies watching from the shadows right near the edge of the screen, barely visible.

It would be even better if it could wear a wig and some wings and be painted or dyed grey.

@@Ganpan14O they are referring to the echo monolith, something coming in 1.4.5 that allows you to toggle echo coating

Sorry to ruin the fun yall! But I was making a joke about how Ethyriel was inventing features before they came out. Taking this to the extreme, I was exaggerating on how Ethyriel would create 1.4.5 in-game before the update was actually released.

I'll have to check with dnspy! I've run the game through a debugger to see what crops up but never with this set of bugs.

@@EthyrielY also now thinking about it does the rendering "cancelation" (if thats how to call it) apply only after *and so below* the rail thats glitched, or does it also apply on same level as the rail but before or on same level and after just thinking in how the rendering would work top down left to right

It stops after the rail on the same row. So furniture to the left of the rail still renders, but to the right it doesn't. @@somedude4087

@@devlinmcguire7543 Are you tried it yet? It works! C0CCC C0CCC #0&## 00TTT Nearly this way. & is the block with CGO fuel, C is campfire, T is torch, # is any hard block, 0 is air.

Just now wondering, what would happen if you put echo coating on the setup? To make it seem like players are going mad when everything vanishes for seemingly no reason.

I swear I have not forgotten about it- I have a chronic case of "Helldivers II", which I am currently working through. (but no seriously I have such a baglog of Transmutation content it's not even funny)

Extremely high- Red's already said in a thread that Transmutation is getting fixed in 1.4.5 Is that going to stop me? No, of course it won't.

Also, I checked, and it is definitely possible to 1. place campfire 2. crop away both middle and right part of the campfire (I used "Boring drill" made from door and bast statue to do that, know not a better way - please, find it), 3. reload game 4. extinguish that campfire left over 5. then put another campfire into that cropped right part of campfire, 6. then click the left over extinguished column of cropped campfire so it would light, but left lit column on uncropped campfire will start flicker 7. you're made vertical CGO only from campfires, not requiring wiring, maybe not requiring Bast Statue, block directly below flickering part of right campfire is a fuel, that flickering part is a part to be clicked or wired, 3 blocks below right campfire's base blocks is an AoE. 8. To reset that CGO fuel, making it infinite, either place and remove torch to left lower corner of CGO fuel block, or toggle either conveyor belt or active block or gemspark block placed to the left lower corner of CGO fuel block. 9. Me made, under the alias "dreamy_gates", Terraria map on Curseforge called "The Torched Alchemy", that explains that contraption.

Such methods do exist! Though they're currently extremely complicated and take far longer than Bast-enabled methods.

​​​@@EthyrielYNot complicated at all! Read comment to Devin Mcguire and note ASCII art. Was I using either your Boring Drill or TEdit to crop left campfire-but another methods surely do exist! Try to setup it and make video on it! Gemspark Block that constantly gets block updates on each CGO campfire click tact from another Gemspark Block close by is the best CGO fuel I had discovered!

@EthyrielY Not complicated at all! I was author of comment before! Please, find a way to slice campfire so it will lose center and one of its sides! It is much easier: no need for wiring or exotic statues!

@@EthyrielYThen, please, show at least one of that methods in your video! Campfires and everything crafted from wood, iron bars, gel, torches are dirt cheap and very easy to obtain in Terraria compared to Cat Bast or Mushroom Statue, and not require any wiring to toggle its states!

Rainbow bricks might not be obtainable with Bast Statue transmutation- however, you should be able to use CGO (Campfire spreadsheet) to spawn them in.

There are methods w/o the Bast Statue for setting up these glitches, but they're a lot more complicated to set-up. For most purposes the Bast setup makes more sense as a result.

Due to version differences, Host and Play on PC and Host and Play on console function a little differently, leading to differences in the initial setup. To perform the setup on Console, you'll need to either a.) Join a server, and set it up there or b.) Have a friend join when you’re hosting, and have them set it up for you. This is due to version differences with how hosting works. On PC, hosting actually makes you a client to a server hosted in the background. On console, you are the host, meaning de-syncing doesn’t work. Hence why you need to connect to the server or have someone else connect- being the Host when using Host and Play won’t work, unfortunately. Once the setup is complete, the glitch should function identical to PC. Hope this helps^^!
