Breaking the Chains of Abuse 

Abuse of all forms and shades goes beyond just the action by the abuser to its effects on the abused. Most times the effects are long lasting, often living with us through our lives so subtly we might not know. When it begins to manifests, it does so in character flaws that we easily ignore and pass off and sometimes it is a lot more obvious in destroying your self worth and how you see yourself.
I have seen all sides of it and I over came!
