He's the cause of the schisms and should stand trial for schisms and heresies, so he should draft up a summons or decree implicating himself and serve it on himself and attend the tribunal or penal court himself. I am Orthodox, not Catholic, but I am confused that I've heard so much that would confirm what Vigano has said and yet today TM is basically renouncing Vigano. My impression is that this is a globalist pope who is working to destroy the church. Why not support Vigano? So many here are saying they will "pray for Vigano", as though he is in grave error. I have deeply appreciated all of Vigano's statements these past few years. Who can appreciate most of the actions of Bergoglio. Occasionally, I appreciate something he says, but rarely.

All I want to say is that Vigano's brother, Fr Lorenzo, and sister, Rosanna, separately sued him in different jurisdictions years apart and won. Both cases concerned cash proceeds due to them that were never disbursed. When Pope Benedict appointed him Nuncio to the USA in 2011, Vigano cited having to stay in Rome so as to take care of Lorenzo as an excuse to reject the posting (which he did initially). That was absurb since Lorenzo had moved to Chicago from Italy by then. The real truth, however, is Vigano never visited to check on him while he was recovering from stroke. Vigano instead applied to be the administrator of Lorenzo's share of his parents' estate because of the latter's diminished faculties. However, income arising from managing the estate was never disbursed. Lorenzo had no choice but to take him to court. When judgment of €1.8 million, plus costs, was awarded to Lorenzo, Vigano attested that his brother could have opted for settlement and save the legal fiasco. What needs to be said, however, is that it's sad when you have lost the trust of your own brother. It may not be wrong for Lorenzo to demand a liquidation and distribution of their joint assets, totally about €30 million (from court documents). Trust the Lord instead, for He is good. They came down our street and all five of us kids would run to meet them and drag to our house. They stayed for an hour or so chatting with our parents and then it was back to their tour.
