He probably was involved in it, whether he pulled the trigger or not, but if he gets another mistrial or two, he could walk. I don't think he'll find a not guilty verdict; I think the state is simply going to exhaust resources with mistrials. If he's guilty, the blame should be put on the DA for having years to prep this case and fumble it. Melly has money, he pays for bulldog lawyers, and they're casting just enough doubt on top of the fact that the threshold for reasonable doubt is higher for a death penalty case. So the jury has to decide if the DA proved a case that merits a possible death sentence which is why those sorts of penalties (although I don't believe in the at all) are usually reserved for slam dunk serial killer cases or something. If you put too many charges on the indictment or want to go for the death penalty, that's a mistake if you don't have a slam dunk case to make in a courtroom.

It's f***ed up that Melly called Juvy that night N ask him to come out N go to the studio with him N Juvy left with Melly not knowing that night was gonna be the last time he talk to his mother...Now Sackchaser he N Juvy was the CEO of YNW N Sackchaser Juvy made that YNW brand because Melly was in jail at the time N when he got out Juvy N Sackchaser talk to Melly about being the face of that brand... Sackchaser was doing a lot of things under the YNW like he was working on a clothing for line them until this so call drive by shooting supposedly happen...I believe that Melly let 100 Track N his mother talk him into doing that to his so call best friends...I hope they find him guilty at his new trial N it's not that I don't like the young man it's that he took out his so call best friends for money... that's sad money over ur best friends...🤔😡🤬

When my family member died I actually worked a lot and took a job in wyoming it helped get my mind of his death.. However it lead to drug and alcohol abuse.. But I understand why Melly kept working and didn’t wanna take a break ..
