In a legal system that works properly he should be free I only say that because there’s not enough concrete evidence that proves Melvin fired a gun killing two of his friends Yes I did watch the whole trial The prosecution has far too much circumstantial evidence and when your case relies on fallible evidence no one should be imprisoned for life over that No witnesses, no video, no gunpowder, no weapon All they have is cell phone records and ballistic trajectory They don’t have Melvin covered in blood They don’t have the clothes he wore that night No one has said he did it aside from the prosecution And it took them 5 years to take this case to trial? The lead prosecutor was removed over failure to provide evidence to the defense which shows one of the lead detectives is known to lie and coerce people into shit they didn’t do say or attend They don’t have enough to 100% prove his guilt Bortlan looks more guilty to me than Melly and that is ONLY because they have him with the bodies arriving to the hospital I think someone else fired the shots and melly and bortlan are covering for them because they don’t want to snitch Which from their pov could mean their deaths or the deaths of family
