Today 13th December I went so far as to take the Kayak to Booragul Jetty at 7.30am. Surface already choppy & the wind was picking up. Kayak was not launched. The old plastic bucket remains my last "Catch of the day". I rigged my Pontoon Crackerjack 28 with a larger hook months ago & it has not swum at all well since. I hope to remedy that this week ready for an attempt at fishing next weekend. Nice yak! Love my bream fishing. Different species here in the UK but they scrap hard for their size. Subd btw. Will chat on that fb group that’s been set up. Atb
