Iodine and magnesium and selenium are very important to breast and thyroid health. The fluoride in most drinking water is a halogen - it displaces iodine, calcium and magnesium

@@maryanuoluwaoduola8870 vitamin E, the most natural way of vitamin E is wheat germ oil. She also mentioned primrose oil. I also take fibro defense caps by Crystal star, it is a blend of 17 whole herbs that promotes healthy tissue. A doctor also said consume less animal protein and more fruits and vegetables. Liquid Iodine. Another suggestion is to put cabbage leafs on your breast overnight ( I haven't tried this yet) Sometimes they dissapear/resolve on their own. Other times as long as you are doing your yearly breast ultrasound you can manage the growth of the cysts with these suggestions. Mine have shrunk and some have disappear, they can come and go. Meditation and visualization also helps.
I have had a breast cyst breast cancer and recurrence of the breast cyst in absolute agony not been able to get on with my normal life also cysts both times turned to abscess my first cancer mammogram comes up in 2 months time and still have cyst am dreading it
