I breastfed all my 3 children. My first born 2 years and 8 months. My daughter for 2 years and last baby for 2 years as well. Best decision ever. Short term sacrifice for a long term benefits. Breast milk is easy, free and convenient. I loved this journey ❤️❤️❤️👍🏼
I am breast feeding and haven’t lost a kg in one month. Delivered a month back. Also I didn’t lose much in delivery. Overall I gained 20 kg and have to lose all of it. When can I expect the beginning of weight loss from breast feeding?

I had a terrible marriage but God blessed me with two strong sons, I remember once we got into a huge fight, the cops were called, and I nursed my older son, soon after he threw up! What happened to my milk that day? From then on, I tried to be very peaceful so the baby wouldn't be sick! Never happened again 🙏🏼 and thank God I got out of that marriage. My boys 16 and 18 now❤
