I remember playing and finishing this game circa year 2005-2007 in my old PS1, and achieved both good and bad endings. As fas as I can remember, I did not grind the game and just went ahead and battled Astral with a highest level character with level 36 or 37 (probably Ryu), and it was one of the toughest final bosses I have played in any RPG. Seeing that you have all your characters at level 99 is amazing! Nonetheless, a great game during its time. Such nostalgia!
This ending is perfect to close the franchise. Because the BoF5 has absolutely nothing to do with the franchise saga. It is a vey garbage game. The entire game happen in the underground with a tecnological areas, very boring. Eveything is the same during entire game. No criativity at all.
Honestly try to give BoF 5 a chance. I felt the same at first, but then I noticed that it still holds the Breath of Fire spirit it just explores the darker themes of it. They took risks and some people didn't like it. My favorite is Breath of Fire 4 still, but 5 is special to me too. The ost is also incredible.
@@awsomkid3735 No. But Ive saw and entire walkthrough video of the game. And to me was very clear that it has nothing to do with BoF. Very boring. Same scenario every time, since begining until end. Even Portal 2, happens all the time until end but it is not boring as BoF5. Im sorry. But is not for me.
@@yinyangpodcast2432 Im sorry. But I disagree with you. The only risk that they have take to make BoF5 is to create a game that has nothing to do with BoF. It looks like other game and universe. Very boring. No criativity at all. Same places until the end. Even Portal 2 that happen underground during all the game is not boring like that one. Im sorry. But its not for me and its not BoF to me. Most of fans hated BoF5 and reject it.
