The first time I played, my cousin was teaching me how to. He was riding a horse, was being chased by a guardian, and said “don’t worry, they can’t aim at me well enough if I’m riding my horse.” Two seconds later, you hear my uncle fall out of a chair dying, laughing, because my cousin got sniped from what would have been about 300 ft

So this is the first time I’ve watched anyone play Botw that wasn’t a speedrun, and realizing that there was an actual path through Hyrule castle was crazy. I just climbed the entire thing, hardly any enemies.

6:28 You can buy 3 different shields from a guy southeast from the woodland stable, just north of Sheh Rata Shrine (north of the where you are at this time). There's a hill just off the side of the road with a large tree on top, with the seller underneath it. Also, 12:14 I saw this in a previous video, but I wish I knew about it sooner. I remember getting to this part and not having any arrows. I couldn't find any in the dungeon either. I eventually was able to, of all things, throw a lit torch through the hole, which lit the sconce, opening the door. It was amazing. 19:20 WHAT!!

I remember I did a challenge like this on my second playthrough, it was the best experience with the game I had and the rules were mostly to make it a little more challenging and incite exploration and survival, without excluding me from using core mechanics and also not making it crazy hard. So this challenge run in mainly focused on exploration and enjoying the whole game rather than speedrunning it. So here are the rules I used for my challenge, they're quite a few as well. - Every blood moon you choose a bow, a shield and melee weapon to keep and drop the rest unless you make it into a town, a stable or the top of a tower before the cut-scene. You can also get to keep the champion's weapons. You are immune to this effect while on eventide island trial, Lomei labyrinths and inside divine beasts. - Can only eat at cooking pots, can only eat hearty foods when hp is maxed out. (potions you can use anywhere at any time) - Can eat meat from bokoblins campfires on the spot only (can't take away) - Every two divine beasts you unlock you can carry a fairy. Any other fairy you find you have to use right away. - Unlock towers only after completing 4 shrines in it's area, the divine beast and Lomei labyrinth if the area also has one (Try using the map only in towns and stables). - Every time you die you drop the weapon, bow and shield you were carrying when you died. Except for champion's weapons. - No teleport until you have completed all shrines. (You can use the travel medallion). - Help travelers ALWAYS! (You can eat the food they give you right away). - Can only use the champion's abilities when you have collected all the memories and only at Hyrule Castle . - Pro Hud. - Upgrade inventory evenly (shield, then bow, then weapon). - Every time you enter a Lomei labyrinth you can't equip any of the weapons you carry and inside the labyrinth you can only use the weapons you find there. - Master Sword only after completing all forgotten memories and getting the Hylian Shield.

This should be the normal game mode, it’s very beginner friendly and fun for everyone!

ive always found it terrifying how breath of the wild link just has the power to completely desintegrate enemies with an ancient arrow

0:54 FUN FACT: If you get spotted in the hideout you can run for the entrance and as long as you dodge while running once you make it to the hideout everything respawns and will de-agro

Dude, I’ve been watching your videos for some time now and didn’t realize I never subscribed, so, I guess I’m one of the somewhat latest subscribers lol. You’re honestly one of the best players that I know. That goes for the games you’ve played and uploaded. You amaze me with your skills and precision and makes me somewhat envious lol. I’m in no way a competitive gamer and would ever subject myself to crazy nuzlockes as such but you’re very inspiring and entertaining. Also, your interactions with your fans is wholesome. I have an idea for a challenge: no technology run. Can't use any sheika technology after the plateau nor glitches or exploits. No shrines, no towers, no ancient equipment, no teleportation, no divine beasts, no bombs/cryonis/stasys/magnesis. Of course master mode and permadeath (but I'd say you can run away even if spotted, since running away without teleport is a challenge in itself). You can add other rules if you want. Like the comment for him to see this. :)

watching you take the proper route towards Ganon was such an overconfident move, i loved it, it's usually so much easier to just glide up to the main chamber

I have a good idea for a breath of the wild challenge. The stealth challenge! Try to sneak around every enemy possible! If this seems to broad then I understand. Just sounds like it could be super cool.

Wow! I never thought of any of this when playing. That is so good what you did with the clan's hideout, also it was genius with getting the protection before going against Thunderblight Ganon. I might have to do that on my next run to see if beating Thunderblight would be easier. Thanks.

I tried this challenge myself, and I was able to beat Medoh, Ruta, and Rudania, before falling to thunderblight But the only difference between Ant’s and my run was that I didn’t know any good food spots so I had a constant shortage of food.

I have a suggestion for a new Pokémon challenge run. The "Crime Free" run. Absolutely no stab moves. Ember on your Charmander? Absolutely not. Bubble on your Piplup? That's jail time.

Few more things is getting 100 percent, damageless run therefore permadeath is unneeded, no staminamina, no glitches, no voiding out, like drowning going in lava falling down holes, only shields except for places you absolutely need a spear or something like talluses and some shrines, no runes unless necesary for the shrine, expert mode, no armour, no eating food unless imperative for damageless like cold resistance, time limit of 30 hours, no teleporting or no upgrading anything beating eventide island without touching the island and the ones you listed. Edit Also doing things like no pauses must be one run, and like one hand or with feet with the controller could be optional
