Yo Boris, I thought I'd let you know that the reason you were running out of stamina so quickly was because you never put on your Sunrise Suit, and you didn't buy a backpack. It being in your inventory meant you didn't get the carry weight bonus from it, and it was weighing you down to boot. With just a Sunrise Suit you should be able to carry basic equipment, but with a backpack, you can start carrying loot as well; The starter backpack from Sid is cheap enough to buy with the starter money.

Boris, pro tip: 1 Wear the armor in your inventory, then your stamina will regen much better since you are not wearing 30 kg of weigh on your hip. 2 You have been taking radiation damage all this time, buy a basic gas mask, with the armor you had from the start of the game, you should be safe from radiation for a good while (Wearing the gas mask reduces your stamina regen). 3 Backpacks increase carry capacity and are pretty much essential, you can get one from skamovich.
