Nogare omote
This breathing technique is almost similar to muscle treaning .
1st need to inhale as much as possible.
2nd connect the hole body muscle in a single point .
3rd compress the muscle and lung .
4th realise the breath and relax.
It's a difficult breathing system but really beneficial for the human body.
Nogare ure
This is another form of Nogare breathing but diffrent.
This time
1st inhale as much as possible.
2nd extend the chest and connect the whole body muscle in one point .
3rd hold the breathing for some time .
4th the relies the breath and relax.
This breathing is also beneficial for internal organ.
