Can I do it silently? I'm practising wim hof breathing and my wife already says 'dont wake me up with your silly things in the morning.' if I do this, I'm dead. not by covid, by my wife.

In order to maximize the nitric oxide in the nasal cavities, which is the whole point, it is necessary to breath out through your nose.

I Practise bee breathing for 30 minutes daily But after each session I notice my body gets heated and than I sweat What Does this indicate
