Awesome Product!! Two weeks from a TKR. I have a few pro tips on the Breg Polar Care Cube. 1. Clean the filter once a week. I let it go for two weeks and the pad was not cold. This was an easy fix. 2. Use ice cubes, nothing else. Water bottles did not fit and cold packs were not keeping it cold enough. 3. Check with your insurance company. Mine was covered 100%.

Sadly mine also NOT WORKING, tried everything, water and ice cubes, cold iced bottles, ziplog bags with frozen water…. What a waste of 300 dollars! There is this humming noise upon connecting but no cooling air goes into the pads! What a huge dissatisfaction and let down by polar kodiak. I have the exact same model!
