I liked that this scene wasn't hugely dramatic, but that Brenda and Stuart amicably called the wedding off, sensing that it wasn't really what the other wanted. They were a cute couple.
I literally haven’t seen these scenes since they aired. I was like 12 at the time. Such a trip to watch this as an adult and actually understand what’s going on 😭🫠😅🙃
I love Jim and Cindy's sheepish expressions when they're informed that the wedding has already been halted, and their palpable relief in that they don't have to give a dramatic speech to talk Brenda out of it.
Dylan should have stopped the wedding, telling Brenda how much he loves her and wants her back, would have been the best scene! And right in front of Kelly!

@@trinaq Thought at that time we didn’t think it was ridiculous. In France we never saw anything like that, all teenagers shows were so lame and it was religiously popular if you were either a girl or a boy 14 up to young adults! I think I was 15 or 16 when it first aired in France. We took it very seriously but obviously rewatching those clips now and in English too doesn’t feel that way 😄
