There's just something so cathartic about being roared at by a mummy, and instead of being intimidated or frightened, he just roars right back before blasting it with the shottie XDDD I love it XD

These movies + Brendon Fraser were such staples of my childhood, it's SOO good to see him finally make a return to acting :)

I fucking love Brendon Fraser. He was the perfect Rick O Connelll. I can't wait to see his future projects because he's fabulous and deserves it.

Can we praise how much of a dope action movie couple Rick and Evelyn were. Yeah she was the nerd who was soft but definitely became more of a badass when she married Rick and if anything she taught him so much more

As someone born in the mid 90's, these movies are right up there in nostalgia heaven with 00's Blockbuster movie franchises like lord of the rings, the star wars prequels, the Matrix and pirates of the Caribbean

There should be a lego game of The Mummy. Its litterely indiana jones counterpart. Would be very fun lego game. And its perfect as they are only 3 movies makes the game 3 stories to play at.

Third one sucks but the second one is one of the best sequels. Yeah the cgi is goofy at parts. But it’s still good. They had action comedy and heart. One of the many movies as a kid I saw with my dad. It was our thing when I was kid. We saw Blade 2, LOTR, this movie, Tomorrow Never Dies, World is not Enough, and many many more.

But literally he has got to watch out where he swings the fish hook a little bit, because when he was casting his fishing pole, the hook got his neck really good.

I am seeing these movies and I am thinking about the last couple of years...where have we gone wrong in entertainment and everyday life. And no it's not nostalgia, because they do make a good games/movies but it's REALLY REALLY rare and many many people actually say that in gaming, movies and everyday life things went donwhill, what I am wondering though it's why (I know how but it still doesn't make any sense)...😮‍💨

The Brendan Fraser Mummy films where good just like Dracula Untold with Luke Evans, because The Mummy 1999 had mixed reviews like Dracula Untold. Now The Mummy 2017 was a train wreck because Tom Cruise was THE Problem being how he changed the script from horror into action as well as made it all about him when Sofia Boutella was THE Real Star and The Mummy wasn't the first film that was destroyed by that circus midget's ego. According to R. Lee Ermey it was Tom Cruise's ego that destroyed Stanley Kubrick's last film Eyes Wide Shut back in an interview from 2006. When Universal did The Dark Universe, they should have used their 1994 Saturday Morning Cartoon Monster Force as the base for the franchise as well as had Dracula Untold as THE 1st film for The Dark Universe and yes Dracula Untold had its flaws according to Luke Evans but it was modest and it should have been Rated R Horror with violence on par with Game Of Thrones. As for The Mummy 2017, there was no need to get that circus midget when Sofia Boutella who is female was The Mummy and it would have done okay with her, plus why start a Franchise/ Shared Universe and have it centered around a circus midget pushing 60 and who comes with toxic baggage. Universal should have went with either Jason Ritter, Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki, Paulo Costanzo, Diego Luna, Scott Mescudi, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Matthew Lawrence, Rider Strong, Justin Long, Texas Battle, Mehcad Brooks, Paul James, Edi Gathegi, Donald Glover, Cam Gigandet, Steven Yeun, Sam Worthington, Wilmer Valderrama, Eric Jungmann, Zhu Yuchen, Takumi Saito, Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, Ryan Gosling, Ben Foster, Zachary Quinto, Mick Cain, Eric Balfour, Topher Grace, or Elijah Wood as Nick Morton formerly known as Tyler Colt. Because one of those 30 would of had great chemistry with Annabelle Wallis being how they were born between 1976 to 1984 making them close to her age since she was born in 1984 whereas Tommy Boy was born in 1962 making him old enough to be Wallis' father being how she was 1 when Cruise was in Legend with Tim Curry and Top Gun with Val Kilmer. Plus Chemistry was why Brendan Fraser and Rachel Weisz did so well, because they are close to age with each other and if Universal had gotten one of those 30, The Mummy 2017 would have done well and you wouldn't have heard people say bring back Brendan Fraser as much as you did. Because think about this did you hear people tell either Columbia and Disney to bring back either Andrew Garfield or Tobey Maguire when Tom Holland was cast as Spider-Man in Captain America Civil War for The MCU, not that much and why. Because Tom Holland isn't pushing 60 and he doesn't have any toxic baggage like being in a crazy cult or jumping on a couch on The Oprah Winfrey Show like Tom Cruise.
