i totally relate to what brittany said, “being better, but stuck.” i was using h for 10 yrs, thankfully i have 1 1/2 yrs clean now, but i’m on suboxone maintenance & i’m stuck on that shit.. i’ll prob have to do rapid detox to get off of them whenever i’m ready, bc there’s no way i can just wean off, like between the mental imbalance & physical withdraws that will occur. plus there’s such a high OD rate when coming off subs bc ur cravings come back so strong. on top of that i struggle w bipolar depression + anxiety, so i get it. i’m stuck on a few of my meds, it sucks, but i’m looking at it right now as- i’m better, so much better. i’d still b using or unstable without my meds.. or dead. but yea, big pharma is fucked, they def don’t want us better forever... they try to create some sick cycle, unfortunately. the biggest drug dealers in the world. anyways, this pod was great 👌🏼

I’m in the same boat. I wasn’t able to keep a steady job bc of drugs/crippling anxiety and now I can because of suboxone. It also saved my mom and dads lives and got them off the needle. Definitely better but I’m scared of the day I have to get off.

I am on methadone and there is alot of stigma around it that subs don't have, but it has given me my life back. I don't get high at all from it, I haven't lost all my teeth, I haven't gained weight, I don't get all sweaty...but most importantly, I can hold a job, I am not using a needle, I don't think about getting high, and I can be a productive member of society. I consider us all clean, and if we need to take medication for the rest of our lives than so be it. There will be some douche that jumps on here and insults us, but who cares? We do what works for us and leave the garbage dope where it belongs...in our past. Cheers to you guys and keep going strong. No one even has to know you are on subs, its no ones business but yours and the people you are comfortable enough around to share it with. Stay strong, love you guys!

Dude even getting off of lexapro can be difficult, I have a similar story to what Brittany describes with Effexor but with lexapro, if I accidentally miss a dose, I get brain zaps and get sick. Worst of all is all lexapro patients I’ve ever talked to know this feeling, EVERY doctor I’ve ever talked to about this claims they don’t know what I’m talking about ..

Gravity hill in pa and a few other city’s was proven an optical illusion on a tv show. The surroundings make it look like it’s a hill going up but with a land surveyor it shows that the hill is actually going down.

I do past life readings, and I had a past life with my cat, who was a man who did some bad things, and his spirit guides made him come back as a cat. He hates and and feels like he's being punished. LOL!!! Yeah, life as a pampered cat is sooooooo hard!!! It cracks me up. When I was about 8 years old, I remembered being in heaven and choosing this life. My guide tried to warn me that it would be harder than I thought, but I was SO excited I didn't care! And then I got here and I was like, oh crap. XD

Hi sweetie love your podcasts,I have been binge watching all of them and Vine,your so funny.hope you come back and do more.Love when you talk about mental health,I have been on Xanax and Effexor 1xs 150mgs in AM and 75 mgs PM for about 15 yrs now.My ex husband use too steal the xanax from me and i had to go with out for a couple of days here and there,ended in the hospital.Would not wish that on any body. I love horse shows the scarier the gore the better oh my goodness I haven't seen a good scary show new one come out yet but when it does I'm the first one to jump on it to watch it. but I watch Britney show and with her husband on it too Tommy Lee they have made my life complete and special because it helps with walking out the door and facing what's going out today. and it helps me to get around in the community to know how to cope because I am facing type 2 diabetes and people look at you stringing don't understand how hard it is when you see something you want to eat. but you'cant or allowed to eat it because it can hurt us who's going through the same thing as I'm facing or different situation and people do not understand some do and some do not but I know Britney you understand and I love you for that and tell Tommy I said hi and you guys stay safe and strong I would love to meet you in real life Tommy Lee and Steven a d l e r the only two drummers I like in my lifetime they make the music sound so good and tell Tommy keep on making the music sound great peace out stay safe stay strong I'm praying for this stuff to pass also thank you

Effexor withdrawal is worse than heroin withdrawal? I have come off of both, and its not even close. Effexor wd is definitely uncomfortable and you do get brain zaps, but people kill themselves before going to jail or in jail to avoid enduring heroin withdrawal or because they are going through it. Fentanyl withdrawals are even more terrifying. The people that said this were likely just using an extreme way to describe it. Love you, love the podcast so don't take this the wrong way :) Keep doing what you are doing because you are awesome.

I agree with all the stuff too about big pharma experienced it myself with trying to get off subutex a while back. PURE HELL. But cbd does help as well! Natural always best if you can

When it comes to dying. I believe we are reborn until we break the cycle. We all have a purpose. So once we get that done we will break out of the “stimulation” and go to our next purpose not in this world . In a different universe/planet/life. In our true self. Kind of like “avatar” Also ... religion wise. I believe that today’s religion was manipulated by humans. To restore order. I believe there is a god but not “Jesus” or the saints or anybody who ppl praise. In reality this is Satans world. He is the king of the earth he does what he wants and for him to get praised he is masked by religions such as pope and these fake religions. Just a thought.
