Love the "Fender Instruments." T-shirt. I play a Fender Squire which is 1 level below the Strat. As for the Barn Show and the Heckler story. I saw Gallagher a long time ago. Some people were heckling him and he threw chocolate chip cookies at them. I do hope you all can get C.G. Animated available to us here in the U.S. soon. Can't wait to see it. We were at the barn on July 12th. Thoroughly enjoyed your show. We have to admit, we PVR Corner Gas and watch pretty much every morning while having breakfast. Starts our day with a laugh.
Thank Brent, my wife and I been watching you on Netflix which was our first experience with your great show Corner Gas, which really could be everywhere. I love these Q&As! When I found out you do stand-up, I really wanted to see if I could have you come down and do a show for one of my birthday parties, but wasn't sure if you would come down to Washington state for something so small. That was back when I had an abundance of dreams and a lack of resources. ha ha ha
Still miss Corner Gas. I used to watch this with my brother. He was in B.C. and I was in Ont. Mega phone bills in which we spent most of the time sharing laugh and then talk about it after.
I loved Corner Gas even more than I loved WKRP in Cincinnati but I thought you were right to go out while it was still good. Excellent answer to that question. If you'd been in the States it would have been cancelled its second season so they could put something lousy on.
My husband and I need to pay better attention. Campbellford is 30 minutes from my house and we didn’t even know you where coming to do your stand up. So sorry we missed it. 😕 Damn!

Imagine their surprise and the barn -- which was empty when they entered -- is now full of junk and detritus assembled suddenly in the vacuum. You're from Saskatch ... you know what I'm sayin!

Hi Brent ...I just started watching old reruns of CornerGas ...it's really great comedy ...don't know why it seemed unappealing a long time ago, I think cuz it seemed sponsored by CBC AKA ...tax money ?? ...forced Canadian content ?? ....my mistake ...very well written
Thanks! For the record, though, it was CTV not CBC. At any rate, virtually all TV & film - even American ones filmed in America - are partially financed with tax credits. Every tax credit dollar invested brings a return of somewhere between $6 - $12 back to the area providing the credit. It's not a bad thing! Some politicians just want to make hay with the "tax" trumpet. All that aside, glad to have you on board and thanks for the kind words about our show!
