Brett, This is great. I always have such a hard time answering people when they ask how much resistance they should be using, but you explained it so well here!

Golden segment. Love the progression with the plates. What rest peroiod betwen 15m efforts? Would you have an alternative for someone that has no access to a rack? Like swim chutes or tethers? I use my thin mesh swim bag with an old pijama draw string tied to a tri race belt belt and the swim bag for power development. Very ghetto but it works. Level one no gear inside the swim bag. Level 2 Add an old ski sock, level 3 add a swim cap to the ski sock. Level 3 add goggles to that. I haven't gone past level 3 yet as the bag parachutes. I'll be implementing the progression.
