Well Brett’s not tone deaf, he just doesn’t have perfectpitch. And yes his singing voice is very nice and natural. Eddy’s sounds like he needs some voice lessons to relax his singing apparatus!
Yeah he's not tone deaf....he has his relative pitch, he just doesn't have absolute picth. To be a good violinist, or generally any musician, you will need to have relative pitch. But having that also doesnt mean u could sing.
Tone deaf? He's a trained violinist and world famous musician. I imagine that would be quite difficult and probably unfulfilling to try achieve that for someone who is actually tone deaf. Just because he doesn't have perfect pitch doesn't mean he is tone deaf, not even slightly. He has relative pitch - which is probably better than the average person as a musician who has been playing for over 20 years.

Brett's attempt at opera is legitimately good, considering it was a beginner's lesson (learn in 1 hour) video and I think they were traditionally female parts. Especially because his natural voice is a bit deep.
