I have a 2018 TV, with 15000 kilometers in it. Servicing in official workshop annually regardless the mileage. Since the end of the last season I have starting problems (the sprag clutch problem). Your answer is: There is no official service in Hungary, so I have to wait 3 months to open a new one (which you did not name) or take the bike to the nearest service which is in Croatia, a ~1000 km trip. This is the customer service of a bike 18000EUR worth. Joke.
